Silikomart Silicone Savarin Mold

If you're buying the larger mold (sold by the piece, item number SAV180/60 H 50 mm), you'll get a savarin food product with outer diameter 7/16 inch (180 millimeters), center hole diameter 2-3/8 inch (60 millimeters) and height 2 inch (50 millimeters). Volume of space inside larger mold 33.2 ounce (981 milliliters)

If you're buying the smaller mold (also sold by the piece, item number SAV160/80 H 40 mm), you'll get a savarin food product with outer diameter 6-1/4 inch (160 millimeters), center hole diameter 3-1/8 inch (80 millimeters) and height 1-9/16 inch (40 millimeters). Volume of space inside smaller mold 18 ounce (532 milliliters)

Your third option is to buy both sizes. They come together as a set of the larger and smaller molds [1 of each mold, item number KIT LADY QUEEN (or KIT LADY QUEEN 1000)].

If you have both molds, you can form two different-size food products. The savarin food product made by the smaller mold will fit in the savarin food product made by the larger mold. Here's how it works: form the smaller savarin and bake or freeze it so it's solid. Then dispense your batter or cream into the larger mold (not filling it to the top), then place the smaller (solidified) savarin food product in the batter/cream in the larger silicone mold. The smaller savarin will then be covered on all sides (except the bottom) by the larger savarin. Then freeze the inner and outer savarin together. The final finished product will consist of a shell (outer layer) and a core (inner layer).
