On paper, most would say Cam Akers had a very disappointing rookie season. He finished as the RB43 in PPR and was stuck in a timeshare with Malcolm Brown and Darrell Henderson. To be fair, Los Angeles was facing an identity crisis with their offense, failing to put faith in their now former quarterback Jared Goff or the run game. Fast forward to 2021and the team has done a complete 180. With Matthew Stafford leading the charge and Brown out of the picture, I envision a BIG season is in store for Akers. The talent is obvious and the opportunity will be plentiful, giving Akers a clear shot to be an RB1 this fantasy season.
